“I have worked with Tony through private sessions, coaching, and yoga for quite some time now, and his approach has changed the way I inhabit my body and move through my daily life. His guidance has been a gift of reconnection for me. I leave our sessions feeling more grounded, more present, and more like myself. What stands out most about Tony’s work is that it goes far beyond simply “doing yoga” or practicing mindfulness techniques. His approach helped me develop a deeper awareness of myself, my nervous system, and how I relate to stress, emotions, and daily life. Through his somatic and trauma-informed approach, I have learned how to slow down, become more present, and connect with myself in a way that feels safe and compassionate rather than pressured or performative. Tony creates an environment that feels calm, supportive, and judgment-free. His coaching and teaching style are centered in presence, compassion, and genuine care for the whole person. Working with him has helped me develop a deeper respect for my overall well-being and a more grounded connection to myself.”

“Working with Tony helped me realize that what I thought was self-consciousness about my body was actually a deeper discomfort with being in my body at all. I recognized how much of my life had been spent in my head because it felt safer and more controllable there. During our work together, I experienced emotional and physical breakthroughs that were difficult to fully put into words. Feelings I had buried for years began to surface in a way that felt deeply connected to my body, especially around my chest and solar plexus. It brought awareness to how much of my behavior and overthinking had been rooted in trying to avoid discomfort I did not fully understand. What I appreciated most was that Tony created a space where I could explore those experiences without judgment or pressure. His approach helped me become more aware of my body, my patterns, and the connection between emotional stress and physical tension in a way that felt grounded, safe, and deeply meaningful.”

His guidance brought clarity, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose. My spiritual life has deepened in ways I didn’t expect, and I’m truly grateful for his insight and compassion.”

A personal note

About Tony

For years, I lived in survival mode. Childhood and young adult trauma showed up as overthinking, getting triggered in conversations, feeling emotionally reactive, and constantly being on edge even when nothing was wrong. On the outside, I could function. On the inside, I was always managing something.

Then I found yoga, somatic work, and trauma-informed practices, and for the first time, I stopped fighting my nervous system and started working with it.

That’s when things started to shift. Instead of reacting immediately, I could pause. Instead of getting pulled into overwhelm, I could slow things down and regulate it.

I spent most of my life in survival mode. I’m not there anymore. I created this toolkit to share the same simple, body-based tools I use to interrupt stress, stay grounded, and respond instead of react.

This is where it starts.
